Outline of the program

For beginners and also those who want to upgrade skill. The instructor will teach you kindly and enjoyably. Above all, you can experience 'Surfing in Shirahama,' one of the most beautiful white beaches, in Japan.　It is an easy access from the beach to the beach side cafe at Mariner, where your companion may have leisure time, while you take surfing lessons. We are instructors certified by Japan Surfing Federation.

Program schedule

(Basic lesson) Morning lesson : 10:00am- 11:30am / Afternoon lesson : 1:00pm - 2:30pm. Study about surfing and Ocean - about tools and equipment - Practice of paddling and taking off - Surfing, several rounds while taking breaks.
(Private Step Up Lesson : 2 hours) Advise students to achieve the best ride. Video shot by your request, to check your riding, for steppig up.

Precautions ⁄ remarks

Meeting place : Mariner, 100 meters from Shirahama Ohama beach. Toilet, hot shower, locker, restaurant, parking lot (summer payable) available. Accommodation is also available. 2 convenience stores near by. Surfboard, wet suit, etc. rental is not included in the price. If you wish, please specify sizes when you make reservation.
