Outline of the program

We exercise yoga at Kisami-Ohama Beach in front of Pacific Ocean, blown by the wind of mineral. Listen to the BGM of the
sound of waves. Usually it will take place in the morning, from AM6:30～7:30. Recommendable during the summer. Yoga mat is included in the price. ※ It will be canceled in case of rain, etc.

At `Big Shower, a Festival of Ocean Bathing' held in September, you also have chance to participate in Beach Yoga. (at Kisami-Ohama Beach)
