Outline of the program

Please enjoy surfing in beautiful Shirahama Beach in Izu. Surfing is a fun sport
that also serves as a body balance training.
After image training on the beach, we will surf in the sea.

Program schedule

○ Stretch your body and practice getting on the board for 20 minutes, on the sand.
○ After entering the sea, get used to the board and stand up on the board. Let's surf !
Surf for 30 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, surf again for 30 minutes.
○ With the shower, warm your body.

Availability of English guides on the day of the activity

Japanese and simple English are used.

We try to have a safe surf lesson. As lesson may be cancelled due to bad conditions like typhoon etc., please confirm by phone a day before the appointment.
