I started kayaking in elementary school, and as a high school student, I was a competitive kayaker, as well as an instructor and guide. Having grown up, I still was an instructor and guide in my spare time, and before long it became my full-time job. While I focus mainly on sea kayaking, I love all kinds of paddle sports, including kayak surfing, river rafting tours, and SUP. I will support anyone who is curious about kayaking. The sea around Izu is simply stunning. It would be a shame to merely admire it from land. Why not paddle out in a kayak and watch its beauty from the water? A breathtaking view that maps and photos can't capture! Explore caves and stop along the way to go snorkeling. While the sea is often associated with summer, in winter you can enjoy coastal trekking—a popular activity in Hawaii. BINGO. Look for the yellow sign next to Hachiman Shrine along the road leading to Kisami Ohama! It’s a bar for adults, but the owner, Yuko, is a friendly and charming lady. The signature dish is “Jerk Chicken”—it really goes well with drinks.

Ryugukutsu Cave in Toji. It has recently become famous as a “love power spot.” When viewed from above, it looks like a heart—a truly memorable sight. Right next is a Sand Skiing, where you can enjoy sledding. Both Ryugukutsu Cave and the Sand Skiing are close to the parking lot. I'm sure children can also spend fun time.
