While watching the beautiful ocean, the beach yoga slowly comes to have an effect on the body and mind. I always feel nestled by the side of yoga. Yoga is something very close to me. As we live in a stressful modern society, I would like to value the integration of ourselves with nature. The original sense of yoga is 'to connect.' Ryugu cave in Toji Coast. It is getting popular as Shimoda's new power spot. A strange space appears as you go down a narrow staircase. Particularly, I 'm fond of the excitement when I look up the sky from the bottom of the cave. And the extention of beautiful sea through narrow entrance of the cave is impressive. It is wonderful to spend some time as if I had returned to my childhood.

Ohama Beach. Big Shower(beach event) is held every September. Beach yoga is a regular program in recent years. It's getting well known and more and more of guests join us. The beauty of the sea and the sand beach is wonderful. There are nice cafes and pensions around. I often feel as if I had come to a foreign resort.

Yoga can be practiced by anyone whether in the studio or on the beach. I hope I can help you to find your own mental switches. I also have group lessons, personal lessons, or workshops.
