Graduated from Tokyo Sound Art School. I played a role of SKY for hip-hop and jazz, mainly in Tokyo. Then I started Latin dance, such as salsa and samba, and belonged to Bloco Shizuoka, a samba team of Shizuoka City, for 10 years. In 2018, I participated in Asakusa Samba Carnival, as Rainha da Bateria, the team queen. Now, as a member of Zumba Instructor Network, I practice zumba and fitness around Izu Peninsular.Comment
In the warm season, you can play zumba on the beach, as well as enjoy dance fitness in the room. As zumba is an exercise of just watch and imitate, done at your own pace, wheather lightly or vigorously as you like, it is a fitness program both children and grown-ups can enjoy. Both private lessons and delivery lessons are negociable. Besides, you'll have chances to practice zumba, as I participate in various events.
