“Kayak Cave Exploration Tour”… Includes Lunch and Hot Springs (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

WONDERFUL WORLD offers daily sea kayaking tours in the emerald-green sea, primarily for beginners and families.
On the “Cave Exploration Tour,” you’ll explore caves of different sizes while admiring the majestic geological formations created by undersea volcanic activities. You are sure to know well Izu Peninsular Geopark.
Transparent water and majestic natural scenery must leave you in awe.
Enjoy lunch on a tranquil picturesque cove. Afterward, savor the beautiful waters by snorkeling or explore the rocky shore.
Relax and indulge in a hot spring after the tour (free option).

Program schedule

9:00 Meet at WONDERFUL WORLD (Check-in, sports insurance registration, payment) ⇒ 9:30 Depart from WONDERFUL WORLD ⇒ 10:00 Arrive at the location. (mainly Mera Port) Set out onto the open sea ! ⇒ 12:00 Land on an isolated beach for lunch. Snorkeling and exploring the rocky shore. (Free lessons on advanced kayaking techniques, etc., available upon request) ⇒ 14:00 Return to the beach ⇒ 15:00 Tour ends at the hot spring (free option) ~ Take time to relax and restore yourself～
※ Transportation by mini-bus or your own car. (Shimoda ⇔ Mera )
※ If you take a bath option, please arrange your return trip by yourself. (WONDERFUL WORLD, 20min. / Shimoda Station, 25min., by bus)

Precautions ⁄ remarks

○ Please wear clothing that can get wet. (Synthetic fabrics are recommended.) / Don’t forget your swimsuit. ○ For single kayak… Water shoes (beach sandals and Crocs are not allowed) ○ For sit-on-top kayaks… Crocs or sneakers that can get wet are acceptable. ○ Work gloves or regular gloves, a towel, and a hat ○ You may bring your own kayak, snorkeling gear, etc. ○ The tour ends at the hot spring, so please bring a towel and a change of clothes. (Shampoo and other toiletries are provided.) ○ You can purchase drinks at convenience stores along the way.
